When can I buy some baked goods?
We are not a storefront so please don't travel to our kitchen location without placing and confirming your order first. Our baked goods are made to order Wednesdays-Saturdays, unless fully booked. Orders require 24-7 hours to process - Sample boxes, Peckish boxes, slices/single are available for pre-orders on weekends only. Pickups are done curb-side at our kitchen located at 646 Oakwood Ave, M6E 2Y2.

In cases when we do ship, all orders are dispatched by Wednesday. Please note, we only ship full orders. The cut off for orders is Sunday 11:59 PM. Orders placed after Sunday will not be dispatched until the following Wednesday. Get in touch with us via email@example.com if you want to order for a specific date and we’ll see what we can do!
I don't want a full order can I do a half/half or slices?
Due to the nature of our business, we only offer full size boxes and limited slices and samples boxes on the weekends only. If we have any extra tasting/samples or slices, we will notify you via Instagram. Customers are able to increase the shelf-life of our baked goods by refrigerating or by freezing them. All of our treats refrigerate well, although the consistency may change a bit. We also encourage you share or gift to friends and family.
How should I store my baked goods?
It's best to remove from the pastry box and store them in an airtight container. Products are best eaten within a day or two of receiving, however, they can be stored for up to 7 days. Cut-cake (coconut roll), tarts and potato pudding are best at room temperature. If they have been refrigerated or frozen, please allow it to reach room temperature before consuming. Fudge can withstand great quality for up to 3 weeks individually-wrapped at room temperature. Our fruit cake should be wrapped in cling wrap and be stored at room temperature. Following this will allow you to get the full experience.

NutmegSpiced is handled by a culinary chef that is fully certified in food handling, advanced sanitation, HACCP and operate in a commercial kitchen.
Do you cater for allergies/intolerances or dietary restrictions?
Unfortunately we don’t cater for food allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions. All products are made in an environment that may handle gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, soy and alcohol. If you are deadly allergic or have specific dietary requirements, please do not order our products. Understand that we don't offer any customizations to any of our menu items. Although our team takes all the necessary steps to ensure cross-contamination doesn't happen, however, there is always a risk that one of our products has come into contact with another product.
Order changes/cancellation policy
All orders are final sale. Cancelling an order must be made within 48 hours, no exceptions.
