REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, NutmegSpiced does not accept returns, provide refunds or exchanges and have a NO REFUND policy on all products ordered.

 

NutmegSpiced will NOT accept any returns or exchanges if;

  • You don't like the taste OR

  • You have changed your mind

  • You have ordered incorrectly

  • You have not stored properly

  • You did not pick-up on your scheduled date(chosen by you)

 

Pre-Orders (Local Delivery & Pick Up)

To cancel your order, please notify NutmegSpiced at least 72 hours before the order is scheduled and we will issue a refund. Please note, we do not refund any cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance. This includes order changes for future  order dates.

Shipping Orders

All of our treats that ship Canada-wide are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders. Any changes or cancellations to shipping orders must be made 3 days in advance of the initially requested delivery date. In the instance that you experience an issue with your order, please contact nutmegspiced@gmail.com within 5 days of your order being delivered. A member of our team will reach out and provide a solution.
