SHIPPING POLICY

All treats are shipped by Wednesday with the cutoff on Sundays 11:59 PM EST. All orders placed 12:00 AM Monday and later will be shipped by the following Wednesday.

All treats are baked fresh and shipped within the same day to ensure freshness and top quality.

Once, your order is shipped, you should receive your order within 1-5 days.

Upon shipment, you will receive yours tracking number to track your package.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. We are not held responsible for any orders being shipped to an incorrect addresses. Any delivery times provided by NutmegSpiced are estimates, date of delivery shall only be taken as an indication: conditions of shipping and transport are not guaranteed. All shipping areas are subject to change, at NutmegSpiced's discretion and without notice.  Due to the current climate(COVID-19), delays may occur and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. If you choose a delivery date and your shipment is delayed, the order will not be eligible for reshipment or refund. We encourage all of our customers to order in advance 2-3 days prior to when you would like your order to arrive.

 

NutmegSpiced has no control of your product once it leaves our facility and is not liable for any products that has been lost or stolen.

 

Please provide accurate shipping addresses to avoid errors. No recipient signature is typically required for deliveries of our products. The courier may leave the package at the address whether the recipient or another person is available or not. We strongly encourage recipients to be at the delivery location to receive their package(s) as desserts that remain outside are more likely to have reduced quality and a shortened life. The costs associated with shipping are based on location, weight, packaging and couriers' rates which can vary. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery date and are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
