Welcome to our online bakery where all sales are final. NutmegSpiced provides their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

We regularly update our products and services on the site. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. Despite our best efforts, the products or services available on our website may have an error regarding the price, be inaccurately described, or be unavailable. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites.

1.1 Allergy Disclaimer

Unfortunately we don’t cater to food allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions. All products are made in an environment that may handle gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs and soy. If you are deadly allergic or have specific dietary requirements, please do not order our products. Understand that we don't offer any customizations to any of our menu items.

1.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in CAD. Pricing are subject to change at any time without any prior notice.

1.3 Purchases

All orders require a minimum of 24-72 hours notice. Any purchase of items from the online store and order form is confirmed upon complete payment for the items. No products will leave our facility unless we receive full payment. We reserve the right not to accept or process an order for any reason. In this case, if payment has been already made, we will email you to arrange a refund immediately. Orders are prepared based on the pick-up date chosen by you. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct order date via our calendar as orders are prepared for that particular date. All sales are final and a refund will not be issued if you have chosen the wrong order pick-up date. and you have not contacted us immediately.

1.4 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, NutmegSpiced does not accept returns, provide refunds or exchanges and have a NO REFUND policy on all products ordered. NutmegSpiced will NOT accept any returns or exchanges if;

  • You don't like the taste OR

  • You have changed your mind

  • You have ordered incorrectly

  • You have not stored properly

  • You did not pick-up on your scheduled date(chosen by you)

1.5 Pick-ups Terms

NutmegSpiced offers curb-side pick up of orders at 646 Oakwood Ave Wednesday-Friday 4-8 PM and Saturday between 1-6 PM. All orders must be picked up on the date selected when placing your order. If, for some reason, you are unable to pick up your order on your pick-up date, please contact us through email at nutmegspiced@gmail.com to discuss options. Orders not picked up on their pick up date are not eligible for a refund and a new order will need to be placed for a new pick up date. We are a small commercial facility with limited storage space and can't keep your purchases longer than that day. We are not responsible for items that are not picked up within 2 days after the order has been completed. At NutmegSpiced, orders are prepared fresh for you on the same day of arranged pickups. It is your responsibility to arrange how the product is picked up. NutmegSpiced is not liable for any products that have not been picked up on the set date or that has no arrangement of shipment/delivery (applicable fees applies). Unclaimed items will be donated.

1.6 Shipment Terms

In the occasion that we accept an order for shipment, we ship Canada-wide only. Packages are shipped by Wednesday with the cutoff on Sundays 11:59 PM. All orders placed 12:00 AM Monday and later will be shipped by the following Wednesday. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Any delivery times provided by NutmegSpiced are estimates, date of delivery shall only be taken as an indication: conditions of shipping and transport are not guaranteed. All shipping areas are subject to change, at NutmegSpiced's discretion and without notice.  Due to the current climate, delays may occur and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. If you choose a delivery date and your shipment is delayed, the order will not be eligible for reshipment or refund.  NutmegSpiced has no control of your product once it leaves our facility and is not liable for any products that has been lost or stolen. Please provide accurate shipping addresses to avoid errors. No recipient signature is typically required for deliveries of our products. The courier may leave the package at the address whether the recipient or another person is available or not. We strongly encourage recipients to be at the delivery location to receive their package(s) as desserts that remain outside are more likely to have reduced quality and a shortened life. The costs associated with shipping are based on location, weight, packaging and couriers' rates which can vary. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery date and are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

1.7 Delivery

We don’t offer delivery at this time. We recommend using a local courier if you need items delivered.

1.8 Events, Large Quantities

For special orders and large quantities, please reach out to nutmegspiced@gmail.com at least two weeks (14 days) prior to desired pick up date with the date you’d like your order for, quantities required, and desired items.  All special and large orders require credit card information for reservations and are accepted on a first come, first served basis based on availability.
